-
In our 35,000 square foot facility, we serve industrial clients and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) who need structural supports, access platforms, and related fabrication for their equipment and systems. We work with materials like carbon and stainless steel to create beams, columns, channels, braces, and trusses.
-
We have a 16,000 square foot facility for making industrial handrails, stairs, and ladders from carbon and stainless steel. We specialize in single- and double-line angle, pipe, and tubing handrails. Our Transfluid CNC pipe and rod bender minimizes welding and creates a smoother product, helping us save customers time and money.
-
We specialize in making round, square, and rectangular ductwork, SCRs, HRSGs, silos, bins, hoppers, cyclones, stacks, and other heavy plate fabrications. We use carbon and stainless steel and provide insulation and refractory lining through subcontractors. Recently, we added a Soitaab Lineatech Plasma burn table that can bevel and cut grates at 360 degrees. This new equipment will help us speed up work for our customers.
-
Sandblasting is the key first step for a durable and protective coating. At Construct Inc., we have a 75’-20’ sandblasting booth with temperature control. We use Garnet, an eco-friendly blast media. Our team includes a certified NACE inspector with 30 years of experience in coatings. We can achieve up to SSPC 5 standards in our enclosed blast room and use various grades to create the needed surface profiles for coating application.
